What Is an Affiliate Relationship?
AIRanks participates in affiliate marketing programs. When you click certain links on our site and purchase a product or sign up for a service, we may receive a commission from the vendor — at no additional cost to you. The price you pay is identical whether you arrive at a vendor's site through AIRanks or navigate there directly.
Affiliate links are routed through our /go/ redirect path (e.g., airanks.co/go/[product]). This path records the click event for analytics and routes you to the vendor site. We do not receive any personal information about you from the vendor as a result of this click.
How Commissions Affect Our Editorial Process
They don't. Here is why that claim is credible:
- 1Our AI recommendation engine scores products against your stated needs. Vendors cannot pay to improve their score, and scores are not manually adjusted for commercial reasons.
- 2We include products in our database based on market relevance, not on whether they operate an affiliate program. A significant portion of listed products earn us no commission.
- 3Vendors may contact us to correct factual errors (pricing, features, plan names). They cannot alter comparison copy, verdicts, or recommendation scores.
- 4Paid promotions or sponsored placements, if any, will be labelled clearly as "Sponsored" and visually distinguished from editorial content.
- 5Our business model depends on reader trust. A reader who follows a bad recommendation and has a poor experience will not return — that incentive to be honest is stronger than any commission.
